Middletown Honors their Fallen

This week is National Police Week, it's a time to reflect, honor, and remember the officers who have died in service and those who served and died during retirement.

In 2021 there were 617 Officers killed while in service and 152 year-to-date in 2022.

Police Chief Birk and State Representative Hall lead the gathering in a time of prayer and reflection. The Honor Guard presented a 21 gun salute and the flag was lowered to half-staff in remembrance of the fallen Police.
