Police Make Arrest in Deadly West Chester Hit and Run

West Chester Police have arrested 30 year old Miguel Gomez-Alvarez in the death of 46 year old Sherry Berna Haywood who was killed May 29 on Mulhauser Road in West Chester. Gomez-Alvarez is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, driving under influence and failure to stop after a crash and was taken into police custody on July 20 without incident.
