Missing West Chester Teens Found Safe

16 year old Leslie Bustos Sanchez disappeared from her West Chester home in October of 2009, believed to have run away to Mexico City, Mexico. Sgt Farris of West Chester Police Department confirmed that Leslie was located safe in Mexico, she is now 29 years old.
Manases Bernal De Paz went missing in October of 2016 at 16 years old and was also located safe under an alias. Ohio Valley Missing, a missing person organization based in Butler County, worked alongside the community and law enforcement on these cases along with others in the area. Ohio Valley Missing announced the discovery of Sanchez and De Paz on Monday morning, saying
"Leslie Bustos Sanchez, a 16 year old who has been missing for 13 years, has been confirmed located safe. Manases Bernal De Paz, a 16 year old who has been missing for 6 years, has also been found safe!Huge thank you to West Chester Police Dept Sgt. Farris for his quick response and hard work. We are actively working on getting Leslie and Manases removed from NamUs and NCMEC. This brings the number of individuals located through Ohio Valley Missing to 39. We are incredibly grateful for the community support and we will continue to advocate for the missing."
West Chester Police Department is no stranger to missing person cases, Alex Enslen went missing in January and was located deceased in March after extensive searches of local ponds. According to the Ohio Attorney General's website, West Chester currently has five missing individuals, all of which are children.
